Sorbets r a very gud alternative for Icecreams when u want to eat something chilled, but with very less calories.. To make it even more healthier, I hav used honey instead of sugar, n so definitely people of any age can eat this nocook tasty treat without any guilt..
Soo colourful when u make it with strawberries!!
RECIPE: Preparation Time: 5 mins
--------------- Total Freezing Time: Min 12 to max 18 hrs
INGREDIENTS: Serves: 2-3 persons

Strawberries - 25
Honey - 3 to 4 tbsp
Lemon - 1/2
METHOD:
---------------
1. Chop strawberries into small pieces. You will get 1 1/4 cup. Purée this in a blender into a fine paste without water. You will get 3/4 cup. Transfer it into a bowl.
2. Add honey, squeezed lemon juice and whisk very well. Transfer it into an airtight container and freeze for 1-3 hrs. The mixture will be somewhat freezed at the bottom after this stage.
3. Take out the container, mix very well with a fork, and again freeze. Repeat this step for every 30-45 mins for 4-5 more times.
4. Finally freeze for 6-12 hrs, till the mix is completely freezed. DONE!! Scoop and serve!!
